Paula Abdul followed my personal Twitter account and my Ultimate Body, Ultimate You account and also said, “REALLY love that you truly understand the importance of focusing on OVERALL health! xoP ”

Tom Cruise retweeted one of my Glitzburgh tweets & his “team” also commented on the Glitzburgh post, and inboxed me on Facebook.

…and, the Oprah Winfrey Network put one of my tweets on TV during an episode of Oprah’s Favorite Things! They also thanked me later in the week for tuning into a different show!

I’ve said it once and I say it all the time: Twitter truly makes the world a smaller place! Do I sound like a dorky, excited fan-girl? That’s ‘cuz I am.
