Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

– 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin

– 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds

– 2 frozen organic bananas

– 1 scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla Ultimate ProFIT Protein

– a few sprinkles of pumpkin pie spice

– small knob of ginger

– water (varies depending on how thick you want it)

– 3 or 4 ice cubes

Blend together and enjoy!
