I’ve embarked upon yet another new endeavor. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, and I believe we have to seize every opportunity to truly live our lives to the fullest. Every effort must be made to capitalize on our passions and talents, and to do something meaningful with the time we are given.

Since I do so much work in the health field already, I’ve decided to make it official: though I’ve already earned by Bachelor’s Degree (in an unrelated field, I might add,) I am going back to school to become a health coach and to learn all there is to know about natural health and nutrition.

I’ve enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The school is based in NYC but I will be taking classes online for the next year.

When I’m finished, I will be a certified holistic health coach and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners! 

I cannot wait. The distinguished speakers and instructors at IIN are leading doctors, PhDs, researchers and authorities in nutrition today including the amazing Deepak Chopra and others such as Mark Hyman, Andrew Weil, Josh Rosenthal, Geenen Roth, David Katz, and more.

I am excited to be starting on this journey and I hope to mesh it with the work I do with the Arthritis Foundation and other organizations, as well as with Skinnyburgh and It Works Global.

And…who knows, maybe some of you will be my clients in the future!
